Date Unknown
Description Fluted tin pudding mold from the Jayo Boardinghouse. The lid to this mold is missing. A solid ring is attached around the top of the mold and has two small rings welded to the sides. The base of the mold is smaller than the top. The pudding is meant to be inverted and turned out when through baking. A tube with a solid top is set in the middle of the mold. The bottom of the mold is flat. Similar in appearance to a bundt pan, but smaller and for baking pudding dessert.
